Msty Claw 0.13.0, Clearer Control Across Daily Workflows

Agent work often spans documents, inboxes, connected tools, mobile sessions, and scheduled tasks. Msty Claw 0.13.0 focuses on making those workflows easier to run while keeping permissions and higher-risk actions easier to review.

This release adds stronger document handling, connected Email workflows, Remote MCP OAuth, Msty Go updates, more targeted approvals, scheduled task refinements, and signed Linux update paths.

We designed these changes to remove avoidable handoffs. Files are easier to bring in, connected accounts have narrower permissions, mobile work is more capable, and higher-risk actions stay reviewable before anything changes.

Document Handling Gets Stronger

File-heavy work gets a stronger foundation in this release.

Claw can now attach and work with PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint files, so reports, policies, spreadsheets, and project notes can stay closer to the conversation they support.

Office attachments no longer depend on LibreOffice, and scanned PDFs or larger document reads are handled more reliably.

As a product change, this lowers the cost of giving Claw the right material. As an engineering change, it gives document-heavy workflows a more reliable path into the agent loop.

Connected Email Supports Agents And Tasks

Connected Email brings inbox-driven work into Claw with clearer permission controls.

Access is split into Send, Read, and Watch, so Email can support the right workflow without granting more access than the work requires.

Some workflows only need mailbox context. Others need to watch for incoming messages, send an approved update, or include an email result in a scheduled task. Claw can now support those patterns with more precise access boundaries, while credentials remain on the host computer.

Remote MCP Adds OAuth Sign-In

Remote MCP OAuth gives connected tools a safer sign-in flow.

Supported Remote MCP servers can now use OAuth 2.0 instead of manual token handling. This gives users a standard sign-in path and reduces the need to manually manage raw credentials.

For us, this is part of making external tools feel integrated without making authorization feel loose. Connections should now be easier to approve, easier to revisit, and less dependent on copied tokens.

Msty Go Expands Mobile Workflows

For those who have our mobile beta access, we renamed Msty Claw Go to Msty Go and gave the mobile app a more complete workflow in this release.

On-device voice input lets you speak messages instead of typing them. First-run mode selection helps you start with the working mode that fits best.

Local on-device AI is now supported and gives the app a more private path for on-device work.

On iOS, supported devices can now download on-device models and use them locally. This gives mobile work a more independent path when a desktop session is not needed.

We also improved markdown rendering, including tables and structured content, so responses are easier to read and scan on a smaller screen.

Tool And Command Approvals are More Targeted

Tool and command approvals are now more targeted in this release, so approved actions can move with fewer repeated prompts.

Layered approvals keep review in place for higher-risk file, command, web, and workspace actions while letting lower-risk actions proceed with less friction.

This is the type of balance we keep aiming for with Claw so that Agent work moves faster without making control invisible. Lower-risk work also moves faster, while higher-risk actions stay reviewable.

Linux Updates Get Signed Release Paths

Linux updates are now more reliable for Debian and AppImage packages.

Debian now uses a signed APT repository path, while AppImage continues through the signed updater. Each package type has a clearer release path with signature checks.

This means updating Claw on Linux depends less on manual package maintenance and gives each package type a clearer, signed path forward.

Daily Claw Workflows Get More Refined

This release also includes focused refinements across everyday Claw workflows.

• Prompt queuing now matches the composer more closely.
• App zoom controls make the desktop interface easier to adjust.
• Full model names are easier to read in the model selector.
• Scheduled tasks are clearer, safer, and easier to manage.
• Task cards can show prompt or script content before a task is opened or edited.
