Gauge Adds Usage And Runway Visibility To Nexus

Gauge is the major new feature in this release, opening up a whole new tab when enabled that becomes your workspace for viewing and managing usage limits, budgets, and alerts.

Gauge helps you make usage decisions earlier by making it easier to:

• review capacity before starting longer work
• see when usage resets
• notice spend or usage thresholds earlier
• decide whether to continue, pause, or switch accounts before work is interrupted

Your local model library changes as you pull, import, remove, or change models. Over time, Nexus records can stop matching what actually exists in local storage.

Nexus can now identify missing files, outdated model records, untracked storage, incomplete or changed downloads, and files that no longer match its records. When possible, Nexus can guide you toward controlled repair paths such as sync, pull, or delete.

When storage and saved records no longer match, you get a clearer explanation before you have to troubleshoot from scratch.

Active Model Memory Is Easier To Inspect

Nexus now shows which local models are active in memory when the runtime reports it.

You can see how much memory each active model is using, including VRAM when available. That makes it easier to understand what is still occupying resources when memory is limited.
