Q: How is Enterprise billed? Can I re-assign user seats?

A: Enterprise is billed based on the total number of seats your organization purchases. There is a 5-seat minimum. Seats aren’t locked to individuals and you can reassign them as your team changes, making it easy to scale up, down, or shuffle roles as needed.

Q: Is there a device activation limit for a user?

A: No device limits here. Users authenticate with their email and a one-time passcode, which unlocks Msty Studio on any device they use. This makes access simple and secure, whether your employees are at their desk or on the go.

Q: Does Enterprise include both Msty Studio Desktop and Web?

A: Yes! Your team can use both Desktop and Web versions of Msty Studio. Admins can even configure whether certain teams only use the desktop or web client. (Note: Knowledge Stacks are currently only supported on the Desktop version.)

Q: What kind of access can admins control for teams?

A: A lot. As an admin, you can:

• Manage who’s on a team and assign roles
• Control access to specific features (Knowledge Stacks, Personas, Turnstiles, Toolbox, Real-Time Data, etc.)
• Decide which external LLM providers are available
• Limit teams to specific remote provider models
• Define whether teams can share Personas, Prompts, and Knowledge Stacks via your controlled storage
